Practice definitely made perfect, and Terwynn Pierce was so happy that she was able to catch up on her Quidditch skills. Being a Chaser wasn't the "popular" position as being the Seeker was, but she was one of, if not the best, on the team. Being her final year in Hogwarts, Terwynn was so looking forward to starting her life. Whether it would be an Auror, musician or professional Quidditch player, she had the desire and intuition to be all of them. However, it was the one part of herself that Terwynn still didn't know. She still needed to find herself.
Carrying her equipment, she wiped her brow and walked towards the sidelines in order to rest. She definitely had a good work out and was very fit for someone so slim as her. People, usually girls, were quite envious of her figure, since she had the figure of a model. But Terwynn was anything but a girly girl. Granted she did like being a girl and wearing nice clothes that flattered her body and such. But she was definitely an athletic young woman who didn't believe being a bit rugged was a bad thing.
She drank almost most of her water from her bottle and relaxed herself. It was a long day and she needed her refreshments. "I'll butcher you next time!" she said with a smirk to her teammates. "Just like I did today." Giggling at the situation, Terwynn waved goodbye and sighed deeply. She was ready to take a shower just to make herself feel better but she didn't mind enjoying the nice weather for the moment and her solitude.

Quidditch was always the sport that people loved to play or watch. It was a tradition at Hogwarts for there to be four different teams, each team representing each of the houses at Hogwarts. Draco Malfoy had been known as being a capable seeker during his years at the school along with being able to supple the whole slytherin team with nimbus two thousand and ones at the time thanks to his father. That was the past though and there was a new generation at Hogwarts. Rather than be a skilled flier like his father had been, Jake was afraid of heights and preferred not to watch the sport. What had happened was that he had tried out during his fourth year for the seeker position on the slytherin team and didn't make it. Add in an incident that caused him to fall off his broom, he grew a fear of heights and grew to hate the sport. Jake considered it to be a waste to watch mainly because he wasn't good enough to be a part of it.
He walked towards the sports field with no purpose at all to do anything except maybe annoy a few gryffindors or watch people make fools of themselves. Having spent six years at the school, he knew where to go to watch people make fools of themselves. The day was going to end up ending eventually with the sun going down. The day had taken so long to pass by and with night nearing, idiots would be heading back to the castle. One thing that people did was not follow the rules and would stay out in the dark to finish up games. This was the time when people would mess up with the games due to the darkness. Jake ran his hand through his blond hair as he walked closer to the sports field. Most people spent their time playing muggle sports or catching up with quidditch practice when another team had the quidditch pitch reserved. Muggles. The worse creature that ever walked on the planet except for maybe mudbloods. They were much more worse as they had no clue as to what everything was before they entered Hogwarts. Looking at a group of gryffindors playing quidditch, Jake ended up walking right into a girl. Looking at the girl that he had knocked down, yes she had fallen to the ground thanks to him, she appeared to be a gryffindor. He could tell this since she was carrying a broom, so she possibly was playing quidditch with the group before. Not bothering to offer his hand to her to help her up, he said,"I suggest you watch where you are going next time." Clearly it had been his fault, but she also had to have been distracted to not have seen him.

"Excuse you?" she said without hesitation. Terwynn was not having this, not one her first day of practice. Bloody Slytherins always need to perpetuate the bloody stereotype, she thought. And for the majority it was true. But she could have been accused of the same thing by being the "brave" young woman that she was. Getting herself up from the floor, Terwynn left her things there and folded her arms. Luckily her hair was already tied back in case she needed to slap the arse a couple of times to make him realize he was being... well... an arse.
"I believe you are being a bit rude here? We were both not really looking where we were going. Obviously if you were you wouldn't have knocked me down to the bloody ground." Yeah, she was a bit of a logical person and she didn't really like to resort to fighting. But she never had a problem backing up herself or backing up those whom she cared about. "So the appropriate way to handle this is for both of us to apologize and move on. So... I'm sorry for not watching where I was going... now you..." She stood there, actually being serious about what she said. Even though the Slytherin boy was being rude, Terwynn didn't hold it against him. Sometimes people have bad days and they just don't know how to deal with people. Plus Terwynn was a pretty optimistic person and it took a lot for her to get upset.
Waiting for the boy to apologize, and actually mean it, she picked up her broomstick and Quidditch bag, just to be able to get back to the showers and her room quickly after. She wanted to spend some time with her friends before finishing her Defense Against the Dark Arts essay.

Jake had walked right into a gryffindor girl and rather than help her up, he told her to watch where she was going. Such a gentleman, perhaps one of the best slytherins to meet. Not really considering the fact that she was a gryffindor, yep so he automatically didn't like her. He watched as she got up along with the whole statement before that. Excuse him? Oh, gryffindors and their attitudes of 'we can stand up to anyone, who is our superior'. It was pretty pathetic yet funny to watch her look as if she would slap him, if necessary. Jake didn't laugh though as he could careless about having the attention of Terwynn or any girl for that matter since he thought they were nothing, but trouble. She began to speak again and told him that he was being a bit rude. Oh next came her excuses that they both were not looking where they were going. Jake crossed his shoulders and rolled his eyes as she continued on and on. She stopped talking for a moment and he just stayed silent. No he was not contemplating an apology at all. In fact, he was contemplating just using a jinx on her to shut her up. Oh how he could embarrass her and make her look like a fool in front of her friends. Before he could do anything, she continued to speak and he just let his arms drop back to his sides. She apologized to him that she was sorry for not watching where she was going. What was even funnier was that she expected him to apologize to her. As she waited for him to apologize, she picked up her broomstick and bag. As she did this, he got his wand out of his pocket. He wasn't going to put up with some gryffindor girl, no not at all. Once she was facing him again, he said,"Alright you apologized, now go since you're wasting my time. Also, don't expect that apology from me as you're not worth it." His words basically meant that he was superior to her and it was true, after all he was a Malfoy. She was just someone, who had a last name that no one cared about.

Once the Slytherin boy took out his wand, Terwynn understood how much of a real arse he was. She sighed and shifted her weight. She wasn't afraid of the boy, since most people who threatened to use their wand were bluffing. However she didn't underestimate any of her opponents, mainly because nine of of ten who bluffed, one always stuck to their word. Terwynn had no idea what to expect from her current enemy, but she was going to be cautious... in her own way.
"Why are you being difficult?" she replied. While balancing her Quidditch bag and other belongings, Terwynn placed her hands on her hips. "Honestly... must you be so stubborn? Just be a man for the first time in your life and apologize."l Her voice was now more firm than sarcastic like before. She wasn't going to stand down, especially to this asshole. At that point it wasn't about the apology, it was about him being rude and just an arrogant stereotypical Slytherin.
Eying the wand, Terwynn made sure she would be able to defend herself just in case. It was the reason she placed her hands by her hips, since her wand was in her Quidditch robe pocket. One could never be too prepared in a school like Hogwarts. "C'mon mate," she continued with an annoyed tone. "Don't make yourself a bigger arse than you already have."
